Apple roses with cinnamon and walnut ice cream
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it soften slightly in about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, roast the hazelnuts or almonds in a dry, hot frying pan and chop them coarsely.
Mix the ice cream with the cinnamon powder and the hazelnuts and put back in the freezer. Prepare the apple roses.
Allow to cool to lukewarm and sprinkle the apple rose with icing sugar. Put them on a plate and scoop a scoop of ice cream next to it.
