Directions

  1. Bring 200 ml of water with a pinch of salt and the butter to medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the flour at once. Stir at least 2 minutes to cook the dough, until the batter in a ball is released from the bottom. Spoon the batter into a bowl and let it cool down until lukewarm while stirring. Beat the eggs one by one. Do not add the next egg until the previous one has been completely absorbed. Fill the piping bag with the batter or use 2 spoons if necessary. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Spray or scoop 8 round or oval portions on the baking paper. Bake the puffs in the oven in 20-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Turn the oven door ajar and allow the puffs to cool for about 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  2. Heat the chocolate in the whipped cream until it is melted and stir well. Do not let it boil.
  3. Cut open the puffs with a clean pair of scissors horizontally and fill them with slices of banana and a bread roll of ice cream.
  4. Dip the cap of the soes in the chocolate sauce and place it on the ice or pour the soes with the sauce.
