Ingredients: 125 ml fresh cream; 8 g vanilla sugar bag; 1 tl ground cardamom; 6 candy cloth; 500 g low fat quark; 360 g Apple sauce pot

Crumble of candy cloth with apple sauce and cottage cheese.

8 g vanilla sugar bag
1 tl ground cardamom

6 candy cloth
500 g low fat quark
360 g Apple sauce pot

Kitchen Stuff

1 rolling pin
4 glass coupe

Directions

Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and the cardamom powder in a generous bowl.
Put the candy cloths in a plastic bag and close them. Use the rolling pin to press the cookies into coarse crumbs.
Divide the quark, applesauce and whipped cream into layers over 4 glasses or ice-cream slices and sprinkle with the crumbled candy cloth.
