A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: white chocolate, whipped cream, vanilla sugar, chocolate sauce (bottle) and dark chocolate flakes.

Fill a large pan half with water and bring it to a boil. Hang a smaller pan in the large pan. Break the chocolate into pieces, put them in the small pan and lower the heat. So let the chocolate melt.

In the meantime, whip the cream with vanilla sugar so thick that you can just pour it out (yoghurt thickness).

Scoop the melted chocolate through the whipped cream. Put the mixture in the refrigerator and let it stiffen in about 3 hours.

Make an oval of the mixture with two large spoons and scoop them on four plates. Pour the chocolate sauce over or next to the islands and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
