Apricot smoothie
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: apricots, banana, mint, fresh ginger root (peeled) and apple juice (coolers).

From apricots, keep one cool copy, cut the rest in quarters and remove the kernel. Banana peel and cut into pieces. Let both types of fruit together in large freezer without lid to freeze in 1-2 hours.

Cut the apricot into 6 parts and, alternately, stick with 3 mint leaves on satésticks. With a (solid) garlic press, press ginger root above the blender or food processor. In blender, mix frozen apricots and banana with remainder of fresh mint and apple juice at top setting until creamy and frothy. Add smoothie in two large glasses and put apricot skewers in it.
