Alcohol-free cocktail with apple, forest fruit sorbet, sparkling apple juice and blue blanches.

200 ml sparkling mineral water lemon bottle 1 liter, Chaudfontaine Fusion
50 g fresh blueberries container 150 g

Directions

Cut the unpeeled apple into wafer-thin slices. Remove the sorbet from the freezer so that it becomes softer.
Spoon the ice cream into a large bowl and pour the fruit juice and mineral water. Beat everything with a whisk to a foaming drink.
Distribute over the flutes. Garnish with the blueberries, divide the apple slices over the glasses as a garnish and serve immediately.
