Directions

  1. Divide the espresso over the glasses.
  2. Bring the milk in a saucepan against the boil with the pear red.
  3. Beat the milk with a whisk or special milk frother and pour with the coffee.
  4. Stir the beet juice through the coffee and milk.
  5. Spread the cream over the red velvet latte. Sprinkle with the rest of the pear red.
