Melon class with mint
A tasty recipe. The drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: melon (cleaned), buttermilk (ice cold), mint (only the leaves), spring water (ice cold (with carbonic acid)) and lime (or lemon juice).

Cut the melon into pieces. Pour the buttermilk into the blender or narrow high bowl. Add the melon and fresh mint. Puree everything in the blender or with the hand blender until smooth.

Add the water and lime or lemon juice to taste and let the machine run for a few seconds. Pour the drink into 2 large glasses. Serve immediately.
