Peel the mangoes, cut the pulp from the kernel and cut into cubes. Remove the leaves from the sprigs of mint.

Put the mango, mint leaves, milk and yoghurt in the blender and reduce for 10 seconds.

Spread some ice cubes over the long drink glasses and pour the lassi over it. Serve immediately.
