Directions

  1. Soak the almonds for 8 hours in plenty of water.
  2. Drain, rinse well and put the water in the blender. Grind 2 minutes until the almonds are finely ground.
  3. Pour the mixture into portions through the sieve. If necessary, carefully press with a spoon, so that all the milk comes out.
  4. Strain possibly twice. Store in the refrigerator.
