Directions

  1. Make sure the cauliflower florets are well dry. Heat the oil in a high pan to 180ºC and fry the cauliflower florets in portions light brown.
  2. Let them drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with (sea) salt and parsley.
  3. Serve them warm and dip in hummus.
