Cut the banana and avocado into pieces and squeeze out the lemon. Puree the banana and avocado with the lemon juice in the blender or with the hand blender until smooth.

Add the ice cream, milk, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and mix to a foamy mass. Divide the milkshake over tall glasses and insert straws.
