A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, white caster sugar, salt, cold butter, egg (M), prunes, blueberries, icing sugar, apple (elstar), half peaches in juice (410 g) and cinnamon.

Directions

  1. Above bowl flour seven (keep 1/2 tbsp flour separately), 150 g caster sugar and pinch of salt by flour. Cut butter into lumps (keep 1 tablespoon of butter separate) and mix together with egg. Knead dough with cold hands, and form into a ball and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4. Grease the pie with butter, lightly sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of flour. Roll out the dough into a piece of 30 cm. Cover with dough. Soil with fork. Soil for about 25 minutes. Wash the plums with kitchen paper, dab dry, halve and remove pit. Wash blueberries, pat dry with kitchen paper and add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar. Peel the apples, remove the cores and divide them into eight. Let peaches drain well. Remove the bottom from the oven and let it cool down for a while. Cut blueberries into 1/4 of the pie. Divide apples into 1/4 of cake. Plums, with the convex side down, divide 1/4 of the pie. Finally, distribute peaches with a convex side up over the cake. Bake in the oven in a golden brown oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix leftover powdered sugar with cinnamon. Take a cake out of the oven. Sprinkle apples, prunes and peaches with cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle blueberries with rest of caster sugar.
