Avocado salad with grapefruit and shrimps
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, brown bread (de-crusted), grapefruits, avocados, lime juice, mustard, olive oil, lollo rosso (lettuce) and jumbo shrimp.
Toast bread in toaster and cut into 4 strips.
Grapefruits thickly peel to white skin.
Cut out flesh flesh with sharp knife between dividers and collect juice.
Halve avocados, remove the seeds and peel, cut in half slices and sprinkle with lime juice.
Dressing stirring of collected grapefruit juice, mustard and oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Wash, dry and cut into pieces.
Toss in half of the dressing with lettuce and spread over four plates.
Place grapefruit, avocado and shrimps on top and sprinkle the remainder of dressing over it.
Serving salad with toast bars..
