Put the couscous with the raisins, cumin and curry powder and a good pinch of salt in a bowl. Pour over 300 ml of boiling water, stir and leave covered for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the cucumber into cubes and the smoked chicken into slices.

Spoon the couscous with a fork, let it cool down and season with the olive oil, lemon juice and mint.

Scoop the tomatoes, cucumber and arugula through the couscous and serve with the slices of smoked chicken fillet.
