Sandwich with green asparagus tips and mustard cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, green asparagus tips (100 g), salt, fresh cream cheese (at room temperature) (100 g), milk, Zaanse mustard, (freshly ground) white pepper, thick slices Twents dark wholemeal bread, mixed oak leaf lettuce (à 100 g) and Yorkham (slices).

Cut the bottom tips of asparagus tips (will not be used).

Cook in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt asparagus tips for about 3 minutes.

Rinse in the sieve with cold water and let it drain.

In a bowl, stir in fresh cream cheese, milk and mustard.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bread thinly with mustard cream and invest with lettuce.

Cut slices of ham loose and fold them on.

Rest the mustard cream on ham.
