                                Turn on the oven grill. Cut the aubergine lengthwise into thin slices, thinly coat with the oil and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Grill in 8 min. Until done. Meanwhile cut the bread lengthwise and bake with the cutting edges upwards in the bottom of the oven. Allow to cool slightly, cut into 4 equal pieces and cut open.

                                Mix the chives with the cottage cheese and pepper and salt to taste and spread over the ciabatta. Divide the aubergine and the rocket over it.
