Heat the oil in a soup pot or stir-fry stir-fry, in this case the beef strips are lightly browned. Remove them from the pan.

Heat the stock and cook the carrot for 2-3 minutes. Spoon the noodles, bok choy, red pepper and sweet soy marinade and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle the soup with the coriander. Serve the spicy broth with noodles with flat bread.
