Avocado club sandwich of tomato toast
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, wholemeal bread (dark, uncut), tomatoes, garlic, oil, bacon (fried breakfast bacon, 80 g), avocado, lime (squeezed) and eggs (hard-boiled).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut 8 slices of bread from the bread.

Puree the tomatoes with the garlic and oil and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Rub the slices of bread on one side well with this mixture.

Roast the slices of bread for 8 minutes in the hot oven with the tomato side facing up.

Bake the bacon again crispy and let it drain on kitchen paper.

Cut the avocado flesh into thin slices and drizzle with the juice of the lime.

Cut the eggs into slices.

Cover the tomato toast with the avocado, sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper to taste, put the bacon and the slices of egg on top and on top again a slice of tomato-garlic toast (with the tomato side down).

Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half and fix them with long sticks to prevent them from falling apart..
