Directions

  1. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  2. Cut the pickle into thin slices.
  3. Chop the chives finely.
  4. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes of 1 cm.
  5. Cook the potato cubes in a pan with plenty of boiling water and a little salt in 6-8 minutes until al dente.
  6. Drain and cool in a colander.
  7. Mix the potato cubes in a bowl with mayonnaise, strips of ham, slices of gherkin, chives, salt and freshly ground pepper.
