Potato salad with ham and pickle

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Cut the pickle into thin slices.

Chop the chives finely.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes of 1 cm.

Cook the potato cubes in a pan with plenty of boiling water and a little salt in 6-8 minutes until al dente.

Drain and cool in a colander.
-
Mix the potato cubes in a bowl with mayonnaise, strips of ham, slices of gherkin, chives, salt and freshly ground pepper.
