Mix the flour with the eggs, milk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Beat with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth.

Pour the batter into the spray bottle and close the bottle. Heat a knob of butter or some oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Gently squeeze the bottle and 'draw' with the batter the shape of a butterfly in the frying pan. Then spray with batter.

Turn the butterfly gently with a wide spatula when the batter bubbles slightly.

Place the butterflies on a flat dish. Brush them thinly with honey and decorate the pancake butterflies with the sprinkles.
