Roll of beef sausage mozzarella
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (80 g tray), brown pistolets, pesto arrabbiata (135 g), ox sausage (minced meat department), basil ((a 15 g), only the leaves), buffalo mozzarella (bag 125) g) and crema di balsamico (bottle 150 ml).

Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Meanwhile, halve the pistolets in the length. Spread each bottom half with 1 tbsp pesto. Cover with the beef sausage.

Tear the basil into pieces and place on the beef sausage. Cut the mozzarella into half slices spread over the buns. Garnish with the pine nuts and sprinkle with some pepper. Drop some crema di balsamico over. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
