Avocado salad with crispy parma ham and garlic shrimp

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a low setting and fry the slices of ham on both sides until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

Dab the shrimps dry and fry them with the garlic and lemon zest in the shortening on a medium-high setting in a few minutes.

Spoon the salad and dressing well and divide over 4 plates. Divide the avocado and shrimp over the salad and crumble the ham over it.
