Heat the sausage without cooking. Cut the rolls at the top in length, but do not cut through.

Heat half the oil, fry the onion rings until light brown and fry the ketchup. Stir in the vinegar.

Stir-fry the sauerkraut for about 5 minutes in the rest of the oil. Put sauerkraut with fried sausage and onion rings in the brown rolls. Serve extra mustard.
