Cut the crowns of the strawberries and halve the fruit. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey and a little pepper.

Spoon this through the strawberries and let it infuse for 15 minutes.

Spread the lamb's lettuce, leafy lettuce or arugula over 4 plates. Put the strawberries in a sieve and collect the marine water.

Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil through the marinade and sprinkle over the lettuce. Put the strawberries on it.

Divide the goat cheese or feta and basil leaves over the salad.
