Mix the flour, paprika, coriander, salt and pepper.

Split the eggs. Stir in the egg yolks, parsley or chives and milk and beat this through the flour.

Beat the egg whites with 1 tablespoon lemon juice stiff and spatula through the batter.

Put 75 grams of the grated cheese lightly through it. Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan.
