Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a soup pan and stir in the flour.
  2. Fry the flour and quench it with the water.
  3. Add the bouillon cubes and the can of tomato paste and bring the soup to the boil.
  4. Make the minced meat balls that you season with salt and pepper. Add this to the soup.
  5. Then add the leek and the mushroom.
  6. Bring the soup back to the boil and let everything simmer until the balls are done.
  7. Season with pepper if necessary.
