                                Melt the butter in a soup pan and stir in the flour.
 - 
                                Fry the flour and quench it with the water.
 - 
                                Add the bouillon cubes and the can of tomato paste and bring the soup to the boil.
 - 
                                Make the minced meat balls that you season with salt and pepper. Add this to the soup.
 - 
                                Then add the leek and the mushroom.
 - 
                                Bring the soup back to the boil and let everything simmer until the balls are done.
 - 
                                Season with pepper if necessary.
