Pita bread paprika
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: pita bread (pre-baked, pack of 8), houmous (a 200 g), iceberg lettuce (in thin strips), roasted peppers ((a 295 g), drained) and chilli (mill 26 g).

Heat the grill pan. Slice the pita bread almost completely open and grill them open about 4 minutes. Turn halfway.

Brush the rolls generously with houmous. Divide the iceberg lettuce and the paprika. Sprinkle to taste with the chili pepper.
