Waldkorn sandwich with shrimp-seaweed salad
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, samphire (a 100 g), Dutch shrimp (a 100 g), yoghurt mayonnaise, lemon juice and bread (waldkorn).

Wash samphire and cut into pieces.

In bowl mix prawns with mayonnaise, lemon juice and samphire.

Season with salt and pepper.

Half of slices of bread to invest with shrimp salad.

Cover with the rest of bread.

Press the bread slightly and cut the sandwich diagonally in half and make stacks if necessary.

Halve bread again for snack bread..
