Mini hamburgers with guacamole
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, minibollets, shallots (in thin slices), cherry tomatoes (halved), hamburgers, cut in half, butter, avocado dip sauce (guacamole and from pot or fridge).

Bake the rolls according to the instructions on the package.

Cut them open.

Place the shallot, to and pieces of hamburgers on bowls.

Heat in a pan a knob of butter and fry the burgers in 4-5 minutes brown and done.

Bake the last 2 min.
