Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  2. Slice the garlic, the leeks in thin rings and the shiitakes into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and leek for 2 min.
  3. Add the shiitakes and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper.
  4. Cut the bread half in half and fill the bottom half with the mushroom mixture.
