A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: garlic, traditional olive oil and Danablu blue veal cheese 50 (or another blue cheese).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Slice the garlic, the leeks in thin rings and the shiitakes into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and leek for 2 min.

Add the shiitakes and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper.

Cut the bread half in half and fill the bottom half with the mushroom mixture.
