Directions

  1. Spread the slices of bread with the mayonnaise. Divide the smoked meat over half of the slices.
  2. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the flesh into thin slices.
  3. Divide the avocado and basil leaves over the meat.
  4. Place the remaining slices with the mayonnaise side down. Cut the sandwiches in half.
