Sandwich roast beef with horseradish cheese


A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, brown bread (Pain de Boulogne), bread (Pain de Madeleine), fresh cream cheese (with horseradish), lollo rosso (lettuce), roast beef (150 g), snack cucumber (or 1/2 cucumber and in thin slices).

Directions

  1. Cover slices of bread with horseradish cheese.
  2. Sneetjes de Boulogne on four plates.
  3. Cover with leaves of lettuce.
  4. Lay loosely slices of roast beef on them.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Place slices of cucumber on roast beef.
  7. Slice the Madeleine with smeared side on cucumber.
  8. Cut the sandwich diagonally in half..
