Sandwich roast beef with horseradish cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, brown bread (Pain de Boulogne), bread (Pain de Madeleine), fresh cream cheese (with horseradish), lollo rosso (lettuce), roast beef (150 g), snack cucumber (or 1/2 cucumber and in thin slices).

Sneetjes de Boulogne on four plates.

Cover with leaves of lettuce.

Lay loosely slices of roast beef on them.
