Drain the drained tuna with a fork. Mix with the sour cream, mini cubes of green pepper and red onion, a tablespoon of capers and salt and pepper.

Divide the salad over 4 slices of bread and put a sheet of iceberg lettuce on top. Cover with the other sandwiches and cut diagonally.
