Bread omelet with garlic and garden herbs
Heat the olive oil with the garlic on low heat until the garlic turns light. Remove the garlic from the oil.
Bake the bread cubes in the oil on medium height light brown.
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and spices and add the garlic and bread cubes. Pour everything into the same pan and leave to solidify for a few minutes at medium height.
Turn the omelette over with a lid or plate and bake for a few minutes light brown on the other side.
Tasty with a tomato sauce or a salad.
