Ciabatta with avocado and dutch shrimps
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, lime, red pepper, fresh coriander (15 g), Dutch shrimp (a 100 g), oil, avocado and ciabattina (or 1 ciabatta in 4 pieces).

Lime clean poles, peel grate and press fruit.

Roll pepper between hands, cut off top and shake out seeds.

Cut pepper and coriander very finely.

In bowl mix prawns with lime juice and grater, red pepper, coriander and oil.

Halve Avocado, peel off peel or cut and remove kernel.

Cut Avocado into thin slices.

Cut open rolls and invest with avocado.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Prepare shrimp mixture.

Serve immediately, otherwise avocado will discolour..
