Sandwich with tuna-lemon salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber, tuna in water ((185 g), drained), lemon juice, halvanaise (pot 350 ml), spring onion ((bag of 3 pieces), in thin rings), multigrain bread, halvarine and pair leafs of lamb's lettuce (bag 75 g).

Cut 2 long bars of the cucumber with the cheese slicer.

In a bowl stir together the tuna, lemon juice, halvanaise and spring onions.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the slices of bread thinly with low-fat margarine.

Place the cucumber strips on one slice.

Scoop the tuna salad on it and spread the lamb's lettuce over it.

Put the other slice of bread on it.

Cut diagonally..
