Divide the radicchio and chicory into separate leaves and place in ice-cold water. Dry them and shake them with the onion rings and half of the dill.

Put the lettuce on a large scale and spread the trout and shrimp over it.

Beat the mustard with the vinegar and pour the oil to a smooth dressing. Beat in the cream and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Pour the dressing just before serving over the salad and sprinkle with the rest of the dill.

Tasty with freshly baked (braid) bread.
