A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, oranges, lightly smoked mackerel fillets (200 g), red onion (chopped), extra virgin olive oil, capers, dried thyme, freshly ground black pepper and watercress (75 g).

Directions

  1. To peel oranges thickly to remove white fleece.
  2. Cut part segments with a sharp knife between the fins.
  3. Cut mackerel fillets into pieces.
