Mackerel salad with orange
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, oranges, lightly smoked mackerel fillets (200 g), red onion (chopped), extra virgin olive oil, capers, dried thyme, freshly ground black pepper and watercress (75 g).
