Toast of wholemeal bread with tomato, olive oil, avocado and sprouts.

Directions

  1. Roast the slices of bread.
  2. Grate the tomato with a coarse grater over a bowl. Mix in the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the avocado half in half and remove the kernel. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into cubes.
  4. Divide the tomato salsa, avocado and sprouts over the toast. Serve immediately.
