Wholemeal toast with avocado
Toast of wholemeal bread with tomato, olive oil, avocado and sprouts.

Roast the slices of bread.

Grate the tomato with a coarse grater over a bowl. Mix in the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the avocado half in half and remove the kernel. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into cubes.

Divide the tomato salsa, avocado and sprouts over the toast. Serve immediately.
