Easy piadina pizza with spianata romana
Pizza on a piadina with cherry tomatoes, olives, spianata romana, pizza sauce, cheese and basil.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the olives coarsely and the spianata romana into coarse pieces.

Heat 2 pans without oil or butter over medium heat. Put 1 piadina in each pan. Turn after 1 min.

Divide half of the pizza sauce over the piadine in the pan. Divide half of the olives, spianata and cherry tomatoes over the sauce.

Take the piadine out of the pan after 4 minutes. Repeat this step.

Cut the basil leaves coarsely. Scrape the cheese and spread with the basil over the piadine.
