                                Heat the tortilla wraps for 1/2 minute in a dry, hot frying pan or between 2 plates in the microwave at 400 Watt so that they become more supple.

                                Prepare the avocado with the lemon juice and brush half of each tortilla wrap.
 - 
                                Mix the pepper with the corn, cumin and chili powder. Divide this mixture over the avocado and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
 - 
                                Fold the tortilla wraps double. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the wraps on both sides until the cheese has melted slightly.
 - 
                                Serve the quesadillas with a spoonful of sour cream and a sprig of coriander on them.
