Directions

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl and stir in the flour with a whisk. Add the egg and stir well.
  2. Heat a knob of butter in a pan on a medium height. Using a spoon, spoon the pancake batter into 2 rounds in the pan and fry the pancakes nicely brown. Turn around halfway.
  3. Place the pancakes on a plate and decorate with fruit, coconut grater and pastry decoration of your choice.
