Heat the butter, oil or a combination of them in a frying pan. Fry the meat on both sides and then lower the heat source to let the burgers cook calmly.

Mix the flour with the Provençal herbs, salt and pepper. Take the expressions through the flour and fry them until golden brown.

Cover the bread with the lettuce and the burgers. Place a slice of camembert or bleu d'Auvergne on each burger and top with the fried onion rings.
