Bake the rolls according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the butter and apple syrup in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Turn down the heat and place the slices of ham in the syrup.

Heat the ham on a low heat for about 5 minutes until warmed.

Spoon the liberated moisture over it.
-
Remove the core and cut the apple into thin strips without peeling.

Warm the strips for 2 minutes with the ham.
-
Cut the buns open and spread with the crème fraîche.
-
Put two slices of ham and some strips of apple on each bun.
-
Garnish with small tufts of dill.
