Directions

  1. Bake the rolls according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the butter and apple syrup in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Turn down the heat and place the slices of ham in the syrup.
  4. Heat the ham on a low heat for about 5 minutes until warmed.
  5. Spoon the liberated moisture over it.
  6. Remove the core and cut the apple into thin strips without peeling.
  7. Warm the strips for 2 minutes with the ham.
  8. Cut the buns open and spread with the crème fraîche.
  9. Put two slices of ham and some strips of apple on each bun.
  10. Garnish with small tufts of dill.
