Mushroom sandwich with artichoke hearts and chaumes
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: chestnut mushrooms (cleansed), olive oil, floor bread (Twente whole wheat), garlic (pressed), artichoke hearts ((400 g), in four), dried Provençal herbs and chaumes cheese.

Large mushrooms possibly cut in four.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Mushrooms on high heat in 5 min.

Meanwhile, toast slices of bread in a toaster.

Rub garlic, artichoke hearts and Provençal herbs with mushrooms and bake for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put slices of bread on four plates and distribute mushrooms.

Cut cheese into 4 slices with wet knife and place on mushrooms..
