Directions

  1. Spread a spoonful of lemon mayonnaise on a slice of rye bread. Place 1.5 slices of smoked salmon.
  2. Cut a cooked beet into wedges and spread over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Finish with a sprig of dill.
