Lettuce leaves with egg salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: eggs, radishes, mayonnaise, coarse mustard, vinegar, dried tarragon, fresh chives (à 15 g), salt and pepper and cabbage lettuce.

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash radish, clean and cut into strips. In a bowl stir up mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and tarragon. Cut the chives above into pieces. Create radish through it. Let eggs scare, peel and cut into quarters. Carefully take care of dressing. Season the salad with salt and pepper. Wash lettuce and dry (in salad spinner).

Place lettuce leaves in a bowl on four plates. Create egg salad. Serve with triangles of toasted white bread with butter.
