Vietnamese baguette with chicken and coriander
A tasty asian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, white pistolets (fried bread), radishes, spring onions, salted cashew nuts, fresh coriander (15 g) and chicken fillet (meat products).

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Roll on the grid in the center of the oven in approx.

8 minutes until golden brown.

Clean radish and cut into slices.

Clean the spring onion and cut it into rings at an angle.

Drizzle cashew nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown and let cool on plate.

Pick the coriander leaves.

Take out rolls from oven, let them cool down for a while.

Cut warm rolls in half and halve with chicken, radish, spring onions, cashew nuts and coriander..
