Sandwich mackerel avocado
Tosti with mackerel, avocado, vine tomatoes, cheddar, cress and dijonnaise.

Tear the mackerel into pieces.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into slices.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheddar.

Siege half of the slices of bread successively with cheddar, mackerel, avocado, tomato and again cheddar. Place the rest of the slices on and press firmly.

Spread the outer edges of the bread with the butter.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter for 2 toasted sandwiches and fry the sandwiches on 1 side over low heat in 4 min. Until crispy. Turn around and cook for another 4 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the cress. Slice the sandwiches diagonally in half and place on a plate. Sprinkle with the cress and serve the dijonnaise next to it.
